Central Board of Direct Taxes, Income Tax Department – Finance Ministry has issued the latest CBDT Circular No. 9 on 30th November 2009.
This CBDT circular provides clarifications about the allowances & remittances to non-residents. It is provided under Income-tax Act, sec-195.
The remittances clarifications have taken place from 1st July, 2009. The details given in Circular No. 9 regarding allowances being provided to non-residents.
